xxxx职业技术学院工程造价专业毕业设计 PAGE PAGE VI 毕业设计 住宅工程投标书的商务标和技术标的编制 摘 要 毕业设计是根据某住宅楼工程招标文件的招标须知、合同条件、技术规范、图纸及其他有关文件而编制的投标书。 设计包括：商务标、技术标、结论。商务标包括编织的依据、范围、工程量计算过程及说明、工程造价的确定和工料分析；工程量计算规则按照《山东省建筑工程定额应用》中的计算规则计算，工程造价则是应用定额套价，采用以人工费为计算基础的计价程序。技术标则包括工程概况、施工组织及部署、施工前的准备、施工平面布置、各项管理措施、设计方案的优化及降低成本措施。技术标是从人、材、机方面来进行施工布置，从技术、施工、物资等方面采取措施来确保工程进度、工程质量与施工安全，并在此基础上降低成本。 关键词：标书；商务标；技术标；工程量；施工方案 ABSTRACT Graduation design is based on the Mudan district vocational secondary specialized school teaching building tender notes tender documents, contract conditions, technical specifications, drawings and other relevant documents and the preparation of tenders.
