摘要当前，随着全球经济持续好转，世界花炮行业正处在一个快速发 摘要 当前，随着全球经济持续好转，世界花炮行业正处在一个快速发 展的阶段，国际、国内花炮市场需求量每年以10％以上速度增长； 同时随着行业的发展和政府行政管理的加强，该行业又正在进行产业 整合和规范化发展，因而浏阳花炮产业正面临着巨大的机遇与挑战， 如何利用目前的机遇来打造品牌、扩大规模、提高市场份额，争取更 大效益，并最终培育产业的核心竞争力，成为摆在浏阳花炮产业面前 的重大课题。 本文以研究浏阳花炮产业发展状况为切入点，通过对花炮行业发 展情况和浏阳花炮产业自身资源进行分析后发现，浏阳花炮产业要做 强做大，必须改变散、小、差的生产局面，走集团化、专业化、规模 化、机械化生产路径，实行机制创新、政策扶植、环境优化；必须实 施产业发展的品牌战略、市场营销战略、技术创新战略、人力资源战 略、文化战略和产业链延伸战略；本文通过国际、国内花炮行业发展 态势分析，同时，采用产业环境的PEST分析、SWTO分析、波士顿 分析及“5力模型”分析得出浏阳花炮要增强核心竞争力，通过～段 时期的重点发展，可成为世界闻名的“花炮中心”和带动浏阳经济社 会发展的现代新型产业。 本文在研究过程中运用了相关的战略管理理论，采用了相应的战 略分析工具，为浏阳花炮产业发展进行了整体的战略定位、设计、规 划，具有较强的可操作性。该方案对其他地区花炮产业发展和地方政 府部门也具有一定的参考价值。 关键词浏阳，花炮产业，发展战略 ABSTRACTNowadays，the ABSTRACT Nowadays，the fireworks industry of the world has been in a sharply development stage thanks to the lasting-nicer development of global economy．The requirement of fireworks has been increasing at a speed of 1 0％each year both in international and domestic market．Meanwhile， with the development of fireworks industry and the strengthening of administrative management by the government，the fireworks industry nOW is in its merging and standardization phrase，therefore the fireworks industry in Liuyang is facing the huge opportunities and challenges，how to take advantage of the chance to create the brand，enlarge the scale and market to gain more profit，eventually form the core competitive power, has been a significant issue to the fireworks industry of Liuyang city． Research begins from the development situation of fireworks industry of Liuyang city,the author has drew a conclusion through the analysis of development and resources of fireworks industry of Liuyang city．That is to enlarge and strengthen the fireworks industry of Liuyang， we should manage to change the current situation of production，from scattered，small，worse to professional，collectivize，mass—production， mechanization．The system should be recreated，the government should support it with the policies and the production environment should be optimized，the
