ABSTRACTThe ABSTRACT The focus of this paper how reduce the eftecf of static and enhance the process accuracy of NC machine tools．Based the newly works home and broad and after making general analysis and summation for the movement construction of 3-5 NC machine tools，some work has been done which includes building the general movement model and the movement model considered the effects of geometric and load error by using the method of movement analysis of MBS．A detailed example is given for the modeling movement of ZK7640 3-axes NC machine center．This work lays good foundation for the correctly identifying the load parameters and writingthe error compensation software． Based the analysis theory of MBS，the real model of the ZK7640 3-axes NC machine center is build using finite element software ANSYS．The values of deformation caused by the weight of workbench and workpiece were calculated． Based that，the deformation caused by the weight of workbench and workpiece and the method about reducing the effects of load is analysed and studied．Moreover，some good conclusion is gained． Correctly identifying the load error parameters is of the most important precondition for error compensation of NC machine tools．By using the method of error analysis of MBS，a method of identifying the load error parameters caused by the weight of workbench and workpiece is put forward．According the method，a real model of ZK7640 3-axes NC machine center is build．A experiment has been done for the model，and the reuslts the feasibility,the validity and the correctness of the model building method． Finally,the program is written with VC++6．0 under Windows platform based the software written before．So the software of compensation includes the function of load compensation．The software error compensation method has been tested by experiment and the expected results reached． Key words NC machine tools；multi—body system；parameter identification；error compensation 独创性声明本人声明所呈交的论文是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研
