摘要企业组织是为了实现企业的总体目标，基于业务流程和信息流， 摘要 企业组织是为了实现企业的总体目标，基于业务流程和信息流， 通过分工与协作，使承担一定权责角色结构的人整合起来的有机集合 体。因而组织是企业存在的基本表现形式和基础载体。 本论文为实践应用性论文，以企业组织结构优化研究为主线。首 先，从政策法律、经济、社会文化与技术四个方面详细分析了隆平公 司所处的宏观环境及其所处行业的发展状况。然后，从系统调研隆平 公司原有的组织结构状况入手，对原有组织结构从组织设计的结构要 素与情景要素角度进行了认真剖析，并在此基础上进行了系统的组织 诊断，指出隆平公司目前组织结构存在的主要问题。最后，在进行组 织结构优化设计时充分考虑了组织设计变量及现存问题对新组织结 构的影响。 针对隆平公司目前组织结构存在的问题，结合公司的内外部环 境，本文对隆平公司的组织结构进行了优化设计，重点放在以下几个 方面：一是在肯定公司目前组织结构形式的基础上，对其组织架构进 行了调整，健全完善公司的职能和部门职责；二是通过对组织运行机 制与协调机制的设计，增强了组织结构的柔性；三是通过岗位规范的 设计，明确了个人层面的责权利分配；四是对隆平公司的关键业务职 能进行了提炼与设计；最后，对隆平公司组织结构优化方案的实施提 出了建议。 关键词组织结构，组织设计的要素，关键业务流程 ABSTRCTEnterprise ABSTRCT Enterprise organization is the organic aggregate for achieving its overall goal，in which were integrated by the posts which bear the certain responsibilities and rights through the division and cooperation based on its business processes and information flow．It’S also as the basic forms and carriers for enterprise existing． The paper as thesis for the practice and application，studied on the optimization of the organizational structure of the enterprise．Through the detailed analysis on the macroscopic environment and the industry environment of Longping Seeds from four aspects including the policy legal，economic，socio—culture and technology and the earnest diagnosis on the current organization from the structure dimensions and the contextual dimensions depending on the systematic investigation of the original organizational structure，the problem existed in the organization of Longping Seeds has been pointed out in the study．During the design optimization of the organizational structure，the influence of design variable of the organization and the existing problems to the new organizational structure was fully considered． In view of the problem of the current organizational structure existed in Longping Seeds and its intemal and external environment，its organizational structure has been optimized design，with a focus on the following aspects：First，its organizational st
