内容摘要银行监督企业是银行的一项重要功能，正常发挥它的功能对于银行、企业和 内容摘要 银行监督企业是银行的一项重要功能，正常发挥它的功能对于银行、企业和 宏观经济都有着十分重要的意义。但是中国的国有商业银行却不能有效地监督企 业。那么中国国有商业银行是否应当监督企业?阻碍中国国有商业银行监督企业 的原因是什么?如何促进中国国有商业银行监督企业?本文试图对这些问题做 出回答。 全文共分为六章。第一章是导论，主要阐述本文的研究意义，结构安排，以 及本文的新意与不足之处。第二章是文献综述，对以往银行监督企业问题的相关 研究进行了回顾和评述。第三章对银行监督企业的成本收益进行了分析，指出银 行监督企业有利于解决银行和企业发展中面临的许多现实问题，并有助于促进经 济增长和优化资源配置。第四章分析了银行的公司治理、竞争和企业的清算价值 对于银行监督企业的影响，指出改善银行的公司治理、促进银行业的竞争、提高 企业的清算价值能够促进银行监督企业功能的发挥。第五章对银行监督企业的方 法进行了归纳总结，并分析了日本的主办银行制，指出了银行监督企业的特殊优 势以及在选择监督企业方法时应当吸取的经验教训。第六章利用前面的分析结果 分析了中国国有商业银行监督企业问题，为促进中国国有商业银行监督企业提供 了政策建议。 关键词t银行、委托监督、银行监督企业、银行的公司治理、竞争、企业 的清算价值 中图分类号l F830，51 4 AbstractBank Abstract Bank monitoring is an important function of bank．Making it work properly is beneficial for bank，firm and society．However,in China this function is destroyed． How to make it work properly is the main mission ofthis thesis． The rest of this thesis is organized follows：The background of this study was summarized in the first chapter．In chapter 2，I reviewed the claSsical study in the subject of banking monitoring．Then I analyzed the benefits and costs of bank monitoring in chapter 3．In this chapter I found bank monitoring could eaSe many difficulties of bank and firm and it could also boost the economic development．In chapter 4 1 analyzed the effect of corporate governance，competition，and firm’S liquidation value to bank monitoring．I found goodlcorporate govemance，releasing banking industry control and enhancing firm’S liquidation value could promote bank monitoring+Then，in chapter 5，I summarized four basic methods of bank monitoring and analyzed Japanese main·bank system．At last，in chapter 6 I used the frontal conclusions to analyze the bank monitoring problem of China’S state-owned bank and outlined how to improve the monitoring function of China’S state-owned bank． Keywords：bank，delegated monitoring，bank monitoring，corporate governance of bank，competition-liquidation value Classificaiton： F830．5 1 5 指导小组成员名单洪文达教授 指导小组成员名单 洪文达教授 谢识予教授 强永昌教授 荩镀
