摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 金融生态，即生态金融学。它是以生态及生态平衡为研究基石，以金融生 态主体和环境为研究对象或领域，以完善和确立金融生态平衡系统进而确保金 融健康、协润、有序运行为研究宗旨的一门交叉性、边缘性的新学科。 生态金融学重点研究两个方面的内容：一是金融与经济之间的协调运行； 二是金融体系自身的竞争性均衡发展。稳定的信用基石、逻辑的自然演进、均 衡协调的发展是生态金融的三个基本特征，而金融生态是金融组织为了生存与 发展，通过分工和协作形成的具有一定结构特征、执行一定功能作用的动态平 衡系统，它应包括金融生存环境的优化、金融生态主体的确立及金融生态平衡 的调节三个方面的内容。金融是现代经济的核心。良好的金融生态环境是金融 业健康发展的保证。良好的金融生念环境有利于促进金融机构间的有序合作、 维护金融秩序的稳定。金融是现代经济的核心，是社会经济火环境中不可缺少 的环节，是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分，离开了金融生态环境的和谐发展， 就无从谈社会的和谐。 本文以商业银行的视角从金融生态学的角度对上海金融进行了研究，对上 海金融面临的问题、卜海金融生态的特点、上海金融风险及解决方法进行了探 讨。 关键词：余融，风险，生态，环境，构建 AbstractABSTRACT Abstract ABSTRACT Financial ecology is an intersecting and remote subject，taking the ecology and the ecological equilibrium as the research cornerstone，the financial ecology as the main body,and the environment as the research object or domain，consummating the establishment of financial ecolcIgical equilibrium system to guarantee the financial health，the coordination，and discipline as research objective． Financial ecology studies two aspects with emphasis on the following contents： that is between financial and the economical coordinated movement；and the financial system’s own competitiveness balanced development．The stable credit cornerstone， the logical natural evolution，the balanced coordinated development are the three basic characteristics of ecology finance，but the financial ecology is the financial organization in order to survive with the development．Forms through the division of labor and the cooperation has the certain structure characteristic，carrying out the certain function dynamical equilibrium system，which should include the financial survival environment the optimization，the financial ecology main body establishment and the finance ecological equilibrium adjustment of three aspects contents．The finance is the core of modem economy．The good finance ecolo百cal environment is the financial industry healthy development guarantee．The good finance ecological environment is advantageous in promotion of financial organ between
