AbstractHeme,the Abstract Heme,the prosthetic group of the hemoglobin,has been used widely and importantly.Oxiding converts heme to hemin when separating heme and globin, so extracting heme from porcine blood is generally preparing hemin.There are two aim for preparing hemin from porcine blood.firstly,it develop full utilization Bf porcine blood,secondly,it can provide lots of hemin.On the base of analysis the dominance of methods for preparing hemin on trial,a new method was created,that is the whole technological chain of preparing hemin was separated into three steps:comminutingRBC,separating heme and globin from Sb,extracting hemin,the optimum technology and correlated theories in every step were searched.There were conclusions as follows, A:The best method for comminuting RBC is comminuted RBC by using reagent, the optimum conditions for comminutingRBC were reaction containing chloro— rm and blood corpusc]_e at a 0.3:l(V:V)ratio,ethanol and blood corpuscle at a 0.2 5:1(V:V)ratio,and distilled water and blood corpuscle at a 1.5:1 fV:V)raLio for 3 0 railrote stirring.
