ABSTRACT The prospective study of intervention on Chinese medicine symptoms,WBC and immune function by Gui-Lu-Er-Xian cataplasma The author here presented her theoretical and primary clinical studies on the chemotherapy-followed clinical symptom,WBC damage and immunologic function depression. Based on the clinical observion, chemotherapy damaged the function of lung, spleen and kidney of patients. Pneuma, , Qi , blood , Yin and Yang were deficient .Some herb which can replenish Qi and Yin , assist Yang would improve the clinical symptom and ease the myelosuppression obviously. And it fit the principle of determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs in TCM. Through the study of Gui-Lu-Er-Xian glue, we found that it has the function of nourishing the blood, kidney, Yang, antiradiation, anti-aging,and elevation of immunologic function. On the direction of theory of TCM and the technology of modern drug product, we invent Gui-Lu-Er-Xian cataplasma to spread Shenque point. It reserve the active ingredient of medicinal broth, and overcome the shortage. Based on the study above, we do more research to prove its validity and safety. In the part of theoretical study, the paper presented and analyzed the opinions of TCM and West Medicine about the etiology, pathogenesis, therapeutic principles and prescriptions of chemotherapy-followed WBC damage and immunologic function depression
