Abstract From the beginning of the second half of 2012, the CBRC, CSRC and CIRC issued a series of new regulations on asset management. Banking, securities, funds, futures and other financial institutions have gained qualifications which is similar to trust companies to carry out asset management business. Trends of various financial products in the direction of investment, the business scope of mutual integration become more and more obvious, the financial markets, Pan asset management era has already begun.
