云内动力融资战略研究--硕士论文 摘要 摘 要 当前社会市场经济竞争愈演愈烈, 企业要想在市场竞争中占有优势就必须不 断提升自己的核心竞争力, 拥有企业明确的战略目标, 正确的企业发展战略对一 个企业发展起着决定性作用。企业的战略管理主要是将利益放在未来的发展阶 段, 这样才是最为科学的发展措施, 因此战略管 理逐步成为现代企业管理的中心。 而财务战略管理作为战略管理在构建其企业核心竞争力时最有利的支持, 是企业 战略管理实施落地的核心内容, 包括融资战略管理、 投资战略管理、 利润分配战 略管理等 。 融资战略管理无疑在其中又具有更为重要的作用。 融资战略是决定企 业整体发展战略成败的关 键,一个企业能否保持正常生产经营、防范财务风险、 扩大规模、 获取竞争优势, 在一定程度上取决于企业融资战略是否卓有成效。 因 此,如何科学合理的制定融资战略、控制融资风险是当前战略管理的热门话题。 在这一背景下, 本文将以云内动力融资管理为研究对象 。 在融资战略理论研 究基础上, 从云内动力公司 “ 十二五 ” 战略对融 资战略的需求出发, 通过对经济环 境、行业环境、金融环境、财务状况、自身优势等方面的分析,运用 SWOT 方 法, 分析出公司财务竞争方面的优势与劣势, 确定企业融资战略方向。 在该方向 指引下, 结合公司当前财务状况, 制定出结构最 优、 成本最优的融资方案。 最后, 本文还对融资风险进行了阐述,以确保战略规划的顺利实施。关键 词: 财务战略;融资战略;环境分析;风 险控制 I摘要 II Abstract Abstract Facing with the intensified market economy competition of the current social, the enterprises have to improve their core competence constantly, in order to gain the advance in the economy competition; and own the definite and correct enterprises ’ strategic targets, which play a decisive role of the enterprises developmentThe enterprises ’ strategic management mainly focuses on putting the interest in the future development stage, which is the most scientific development measure, therefore, the Strategic Management proves to be the centre of the Modern Enterprise Administration graduallyMeanwhile, the Financial Strategic Management, as the Strategic Management and the best support during structuring the enterprise core competence, is the core content about implementing the enterprise strategic management, which includes: the Financing Strategic Management, the Investment Strategic Management, the Profit Distribution Strategic Management and so onThe Financing Strategic Management is no doubt to play a vital roleThe financing strategy is the determinant of the development strategy for the whole corporation.
