I I 摘要 六安依山襟淮，承东接西，区位优越，不仅具有经济发展的潜力与优势，还具有 良好的生态、环境条件。研究目的：本文基于土地利用与环境交互耦合内在机制，把 土地利用与环境两个系统通过各自的耦合元素产生相互作用彼此影响的现象定义为 土地利用—环境耦合，在分析土地利用—环境耦合关系的前提下，探讨协调土地利用 与环境建设的对策，以解决土地利用与环境之间矛盾，优化土地利用结构，实现六安 市土地利用—环境可持续发展的对策措施，从而为保证土地利用和环境健康、稳定、 持续、高效发展提供依据和指导进而促进社会经济的可持续发展。研究方法：因子分 析法和协调度模型。研究结果：伴随着六安市城市化进程的加快，土地利用对环境带 来更大压力。1999-2005 年六安市的发展出现了生态赤字，且呈不断加剧之势，环境 处在一种不安全的状态；对土地利用与环境耦合关系的计量分析，解释了六安市土地 利用与环境交互耦合程度、类型以及环境质量与土地利用变化的规律。研究结论：2002 年前六安市土地利用水平滞后于环境保护水平，而伴随着土地资源的开发利用，转而 表现为环境滞后的特点；土地利用与环境耦合协调度在 2001-2005 年期间不断提高， 耦合关系由原先的勉强协调甚至是失调转变为良好协调和中度协调，在整体关系上走 向协调发展的轨道。 关键词：六安市，土地利用，环境，耦合关系 I II Abstract Lu’an，having a good conditions, is close to the mountain and the Huaihe river, connect the north to the west.Not only has the economic development potential but also is the key city along Huai economic zone of the Dabie Mountain. Research purpose: Based on the interactive coupling intrinsic mechanism of land use and environment,this article defined the phenomenon that both systems-the land use and the environment effecting each other through their respective coupling elements as environment coupling,sloving the contradictions between the land utilization and the environment , to optimize land use structure,to realize the Lu’an land utilization-environment sustainable development countermeasure measure, thus to provide the basis and guidence to guarantee the land use and the environment health, stable, the highly effective development. Research methods: Factor analysis and coordination degree model. Research results: With Luan speed up the urbanization process, land use put greater pressure on the environment.Luan development appeared ecological deficit between 1999-2005, and showed a growing trend, in an insecure state of the environment?The quantitative analysis about coupling relationship between land use and environment explains that lu’an land use and environment interactive coupling degree, type and the environmental quality and land use change rule.
