The The Overall Evaluation and Promote Countermeasure of Industrialization Level in Ln’an Abstract The industrialization process of any nation or region is inseparable from its industrial base．Highly developed industrial society is an important symbol for its modernization．Lu’an is located in the under·developed 8tea of central China．At present， it is faced with the harder tasks to readjust the irrational industrial structure and promote its weak base．To increase the speed of industrialization in Lu’an，firstly we need to ensure the stage it maintains in the industfialization process．According to the relevant theories in western economics，and take the industrial data in 1 996-2005 as samples， this paper began its systematic research by applying a combination of four methods：namely positive analysis，normative analysis，quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis．The paper begins with the industrialization and its evaluation theories，established a series of index system that can overall reflect the development of local industrialization，and then compared it with the situation of Anhui province and our country．Then，with analytic hierarchy process，it evaluates the industrialization level of Lu’aR，and then finds out the problems in its industrialization process．After that，it presents measures and suggestions．The main content and result as following： I．Elaborate the industrialization and its evaluation theoretical base．The paper starts with the meaning of industrialization，pointing out that industrialization is a historical and global scale。and then analyzes the place it takes in economic development．On the basis of the above study,it discusses the evaluation theory and measure standard of industrialization．As the evaluation and judgment of industrialization are complicated，the result may not be the same on different views．Therefore．based on the也eory of standard industrialization structure model(proposed by Hollis Cheney)， combining with the characteristics of industri
