Firstly ， a stu- dent satisfaction model based on customer satisfaction evaluation theory was established. Then ， by using the student satisfaction model ， through literature review ， expert consultation and ana- lytic hierarchy process ， we constructed and improved the college flipped classroom teaching e- valuation system which inclu
