平滑(FWHM=4 mm)，以及信号变化率标准化后连接起来后做反卷积分析得到的 F(6,1121)值进行 T 检验，并在 Talairach 坐标下将 fMRI 图像重新采样成为 3mmX3mmX3mm，12 个被试者的结果平均之后，在 p 0.005 条件下，定义３个 像素以上的区域为激活区，最后得出功能成像激活区的部位。 【结果】 （1）基础状态下针刺假穴激活的脑功能区：左中央前回、左中央后回； （2）基础状态下针刺左足三里穴激活的脑功能区有右额上回、右中央前 回、左中央前回、右额内侧回、左中央后回及右中央后回； （3）基础状态下针刺右足三里穴激活的脑功能区有左节结、左颞上回、 右岛叶、左中央前回、左海马旁回、右布罗德曼分区 13、左扣带回。 【结论】 1. 穴位具有位置及功能特异性，临床治疗中准确选穴具有重要意义； 2. 针刺左足三里穴以双侧运动区及辅助运动区激活为主，而针刺右足三里穴 以边缘系统激活为主, 左、右足三里穴的功能可能存在差异，为临床合理选 择穴位提供依据； 3.针刺通过经络传导，其作用机制可能与中枢反应有关。 关键词：穴位、足三里、经络、脑功能成像、针刺 Every Every subject completed the following tasks: (1) acupuncture at sham acupoint Study on fMRI Brain Map in Healthy Adult Undergoing Needling at Zusanli (ST36) M.Candidate：LinWuRong Mentor：Prof. Zheng Shao-qin Abstract Objective To observe the characteristic of the fMRI brain map in healthy adult undergoing needling at the acupuncture point Zu San Li （ST36）, for exploring the essence of the meridian and the mechanism of treating diseases through acupuncture point Zu San Li （ST36）,which can provide the objective and the central action theoretical evidence。 Materials and Method The twelve healthy volunteers were all students from the medical college, six males and six females, all right-handed, aged from 22 to 27 years (average 25.2 ±1.44 years). None of the subjects had nervous system disease or a psychiatric history. They did not take any sedatives or receive acupuncture treatment within three days and two weeks before the trial, respectively. （ （3）The brain functional regions activated by acupuncture at the right Zu San (lateral area of the left leg 20mm from Zu San Li ); (2) acupuncture at the left Zu San Li (ST36)；(3) acupuncture at the right Zu San Li (ST36).
