武汉理工大学硕士学位论文Abstract 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Wi血the rapidly development of phosphorous industry,millions tons of byproducts produced from this sector,phsphogypsum and phosphorous slag(PS)，ale not utilized properly，which becomes the main obstacle affecting the sustainable advancement ofthe industry． In this paper,the study is carried out based on the problems that phsphogypsum and phosphorous sh90S1 Call result in longer setting time and lower activation when used in cgnlent and eoneret． On the study of PS activiation，the most suitable compound of chemical activation is made and the phosphorous slag cement(PSC)with PS at hi曲er content is practiced by using the way of chemical activation．During the cour跎of the study on modification of phosphogypsum，the technology of making the soluble phosphates insoluble and processing sphericity a托tested to meet the requirements of being as retarder．Some modem analyzing and testing ways such as X-ray diffraction in qualitative(XRD)，inductively plasma sourceas for atomic emssion spectrometry(ICP-AES)ale used to detect the form and structure ofmaterials and to make comments on process mechanism． The msults show that PS is activated greatly by using the way of chemical activation,32．5 PSC can be produced with 350m2／kg PS at content of 40％，the s订ength at 3days and 28days of the PSC can reach Or surpass the P·S with the盛qnxe specific surface and content．The most suitable factor combination of activation additive is A282CI． The research indicates a small quantity of soluble phosphates have significant retardation effect on cement,while the same content of insoluble phosphates have less retardation effect．By modilying the phosphogypsum wim two alkali substances, A and B，respectively，the general results show A is better than B．The suitable modification process on phosphogypsum as follows：modify the phosphogypsum wim A at the content of 6％．then extrude it into sphericity埘t11 the diameter of 15 11 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文millimeters 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 millimeter
