护理质量 Nursing Quality 中国大陆循证护理相关文献分析报告 周晨曦 李永刚 李峥 [摘 要]  目的：分析中国大陆循证护理的发展现状。方法：检索2001年1月至2014年12月收录在中国知网、万 方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、Pubmed、Medline、Embase、the Cochrane Library、CINAHL、Web of  Science数据库的我国循证护理相关文献并进行统计分析。结果：①从2001年1月至2014年12月，我国大陆循证护 理相关文献数量呈现逐年增长的趋势；②循证护理相关文献由最初的理论阐述扩展为系统评价、教育、临床应用等多 类型文献；③规范地报告了循证护理过程的临床应用类文献仅占1.5%，而错误应用循证护理概念的文献占到了总数的 77.8%。结论：中国大陆循证护理有了高速而全面的发展，但是循证护理相关文献质量亟待改善，护理人员的循证能力 亟待提高。    [关键词]  循证护理学；文献分析；发展现状                 [中图分类号]  R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2016.01.023 The literature analysis of evidence-based nursing in mainland China / ZHOU Chenxi, LI Yonggang, LI Zheng // School of Nursing, Peking Union Medical College, Beijing, 100144 China /// Chinese Nursing Management-2016,16(1): 84-87 [Abstract] Objective: To analyze the development status of evidence-based nursing in mainland China. Methods: We searched and analyzed the evidence-based nursing literature published in CNKI, Wanfang Data, SinoMed, Pubmed, Medline, Embase, the Cochrane Library, CINAHL and Web of Science databases from January 2001 to December 2014. Results: From January 2001 to December 2014, evidence-based nursing literature in mainland China showed a yearly increasing trend; Evidence-based nursing literature extended from the initial theoretical explanation to various types of literature, such as systematic review, education and clinical application; Literatures which reported standardized clinical application only accounted for 1.5%, while those misunderstanding the evidence-based nursing accounted for 77.8%. Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing in mainland China has been developing fast and comprehensively.
