Methods: The current group was from May to July 2015 month to implement the traditional handover mode; the improved group was from August to October 2016 mon th to impleme nt the improved SBAR bedside shift mode. The SBAR report form of bedside nursing shift was established, and the degree of bedside shift of nurses in EICU was stemdardized. To compare the handover errors between the two groups after the intervention and improve the score of the nurses shift assessment scale before and after the intervention. Results: The number of errors and omissions after intervention in the improved group was significantly 1 ess than that in the current group ( P 0. 05) . After improvement，the nurscs，monitoring, cooperation and responsibility scores were improved in nurse handover assessment scale ( P 0. 05) . Conclusion: The use of improved SBAR bedside shift mode not only regulated the bedside handover process, ensured the overal1 accuracy of handover information, enhanced the cooperation and monitoring behaviors of nurscs team, and helped positioning responsibility, which was worthy of long-term promotion.
