护理本科生积极心理品质与应对方式的相关性研究 1 ?哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院150086； 2.哈尔滨医科大学护理学院 150086 目的探讨护理木科生心理健康的现状，分析不同应对方式对 积极心理健康水平的影响，探讨最为有效的应对方式，以促进护理木科牛积极心 理品质的发展。方法 采用症状自评量表和肖计划应对方式问卷，对2012级70 名护理木科生进行基木信息、心理健康水平及应对方式的现状调查。结果护生 多采用解决问题、求助的成熟型应对方式，在采用不成熟型的应对方式多以幻想、 退避最多，自责最少。护理木科牛躯体化、强迫症状、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神 病性与国内青年组常模比较差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)； SCL?90总分与自责 因子呈正相关，不成熟型应对方式与心理健康水平呈负相关。结论护生心理健 康症状与应对方式相互影响，应注重培养护牛良好的应对方式提高其积极心理品 质发展。 关键词 护理木科生；心理健康；应对方式 Re leva nee study of positive psychological qualities and coping styles of n ursing un dergraduates Wang Xiaohui Li Qiujie Jiang Jiao Liu Yanan Zhu Guangyu Ma Huixin Zheng Shua ng Wang Xizhe n The 2nd Affiliated Hospital of HHGJXH B2110717arbin Medical University,Harbin 150086,China； School of nursing,Harbin Medical University,Harbin 150086,China Abstract Objective: To investigate the status of nursing un dergraduatesrsquo; men tai health, and the in fluence of differe nt copi ng styles on positive psychological healthy level of them had been analyzed.In order to promote the development of nursing undergraduates1 positive psychological quality.Method:A total of 70 nursing undergraduates by using the planned coping style questionnaire.Result:Most of them used the solve the problem help mature coping styles,fantasy took up the most in the immature coping styles,remorse was the least.
