心血管患者应用心理疏导护理的临床分析 隋萍 摘 要 目的针对心血管患者应用心理疏导的护理进行临床分析。方法选 择我院收治的心血管疾病患者96例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的 基础上增加心理疏导，患者均于入院时、出院前由护理人员讲解并辅助填写调查 问卷。结果观察组显效23例，总有效率为89.6%,对照组显效16例，总有效 率为56.2%,观察组患者疗效显著大于对照组，H在护理干预前后，观察组的SAS 评分与SDS评分下降幅度均显著大于对照组，差异(Plt;0.05)具有统计学意义。 结论:采取合理有效的心理疏导方法，能显著改善患者负面情绪，提高临床疗效， 促进患者康复。 关键词 心理疏导心血管疾病护理干预 DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.1672-7088.2015.9.21 单位261031,山东潍坊，山东省潍坊医学院附属医院 隋萍(1964—),女，山东潍坊市寒亭区人，本科，山东潍坊医学院 附属医院副主任护师，研究方向为心血管护理方面。 The Clinical Application of Psychological Counseling in Nursing Cardiovascular Patie nts Sui Ping Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical application of psychological counseling in the nursing of patients with vascular. Methods 96 cases of cardiovascular patients in the authorrsquo;s hospital were selected and divided into the control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing care while the observation group accepted psychological counseling based on routine nursing.
