护理干预对老年骨折患者心理状态及生活质量的影响分析 罗德华 隆昌县人民医院四川内汀641000 摘 要 目的分析护理干预对老年骨折患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。 方法将我院收治的72例老年骨折患者随机分为观察组36例和对照组36例。 对照组患者行常规护理，观察组患者行整体护理干预。护理前后，采用症状自评 量表(SCL?90)分別对2组患者的心理状态进行测评，采用SF-36生活质量量表 对患者的生活质量进行调查，并调查2组患者的护理满意度。结果护理后，观 察组患者SCL-90量表下抑郁、焦虑各维度的平均评分均低于对照组(P0.05), SF?36量表下生理功能、社会功能、总体健康各维度的平均评分均高于对照组(P 0.05)。同时，观察组患者对护理全面性、护理系统性及护理质量的满意度均 高于对照组(PV0.05)。结论于老年骨折患者中予以整体护理干预能有效调适 患者的心理状态，提高牛活质量，并提高护理满意度。 关键词 老年骨折；整体护理；心理状态；生活质量 R473 B 1674-8999 ( 2015 ) 8? 0141-02 Analysis of psychological nursing intervention in patients with senile fracture condition and the in flue nee of the quality of life [Abstract] objective: to an a lyze the n ursi ng in terve ntion in patie nts with senile fracture of the psychological state and the in flue nee of the quality of life. Methods: our hospitalrsquo;s 72 cases of senile fracture patients were randomly divided into the observation group (36 cases) and the control group (36 cases). The control group patients were nursed by routine nursing, the observation group of patients was nursed by overall nursing intervention. Nursing before and after, the two groups patients psychological state was evaluated by symptom self-assessment scale (SCL - 90), the patients quality of life was investigated by SF ? 36 life quality scale, 2 groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care was investigated. Results: after nursing, the observation group of patients with SCL - 90 scale under depression, anxiety dimension score were lower than that of control group (P lt; 0.05), SF - 36 scale under physiological function, social function, overall health dimension score were higher than control group (P lt; 0.05).
