华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 I I 摘 要 快递企业的服务随着社会经济的快速发展逐步深入人们的生活，但是在服务过程 中仍有许多问题，而物流运作能力将成为快递企业能否可持续发展的重要因素。目 前国内外关于快递企业物流运作能力的研究并不多见，本文便以剖析快递企业物流 运作能力的构成要素及其与供应链绩效的关系为研究核心。 本文通过解析供应链物流能力的构成要素，结合快递企业供应链的特点，从时间、 成本、品质和柔性四个维度重新诠释企业物流能力的内涵和作用特征，并建立快递 企业物流能力与供应链绩效的关系模型，从顾客的角度展开调查实证，通过供应链 绩效水平的反馈，能够指导快递企业发现物流运作能力的管理不足，通过对相关指 标的改进和方向的调整，实现供应链绩效的改善和竞争力的提升。实证结果发现， 在快递企业物流运作能力构成要素中，时间、成本、品质和柔性因素对供应链绩效 均有正向的显著影响；其中时间因素对运作绩效影响最大，品质因素对服务绩效影 响最大。本研究还列出四个因素对供应链运作绩效和服务绩效影响系数的回归方程， 提出将研究结论运用到实际供应链管理中去的建议。 关键词：物流运作能力；供应链绩效；评价指标 ；关系模型 II II Abstract The service of express enterprise goes deeper into peoples life gradually with the fact of rapid development of society and economy, but it also have many problems in the process of service, the logistics capability will become the key factor of express enterprises sustained development . Research of home and abroad about express delivery internal logistics operation ability sees not much at present , the main core of the paper is composed just in order to analyse the relationship of express company’s logistics capability and supply chain performance. This analysis supply chain logistics capability through the elements combined with the characteristics of express delivery companies in the supply chain from the time、cost、 quality and flexibility of a new interpretation of the four dimensions of corporate meaning and the role of logistics capability characteristics.And the establishment of logistics capabilities and supply chain of express companies performance relationship model.The empirical conclusions of the final indicators of the dimensions of the express and reasonable weight capacity of enterprises to improve their logistics operations to provide a scientific reference.The empirical investigation of this article goes into the customers point of view.And the level of supply chain performance through feedback to guide the operation of express logistics company found inadequate management capacity and the relevant indicators of the direc
