摘 摘 要 1 1 拉美模式研究——以巴西为例 摘 要 拉美模式是资本原始积累的第二种方式，是拉美国家依靠美国等 西方发达国家的一种典型的依附型发展模式。依附性是拉美模式的基 本特征，拉美模式的基础在于国际分工下形成的世界经济体系。巴西 是拉美第一强国，在新世纪被列入“金砖国家”，其经济发展对世界经 济发展有重要影响。本文以拉美总体为背景，以巴西为主要例子，研 究拉美模式。通过对拉美模式下拉美经济发展历程的分析，发现在拉 美模式下，拉美国家的经济发展具有很强的外部依赖性，缺乏经济自 主性，它们所面临的困境很大程度上与此有关。 本文首先阐述拉美模式的概念，并在此基础上以拉美总体为背景， 以巴西为主要例子分析拉美国家经济发展的历程，以此来阐释拉美模 式，形成本文论述的基础。其次，在拉美模式阐述的基础上，还针对 拉美与美国之间的劳动力自由流动问题，外资与拉美经济增长的关系 进行了分析。第三，对拉美模式的特征进行了总结。最后得出本文的 结论。 关键词：拉美模式 依附型发展 外国资本 巴西经济 AB ABSTRACT 中国政法 中国政法大学硕士学位论文 拉美模式研究——以巴西为例 1 1 2 2 LATIN AMERICAN MODEL RESEARCH——TAKING BRAZIL AS AN EXAMPLE ABSTRACT Latin American model is the second way of the primitive accumulation of capital, in which the Latin American countries rely on the United States and other developed Western countries, is a typical dependent development model. The dependence is the basic characteristic of the Latin American model. The model is based on the formation of the world economy in the international division of labor. Brazil is the dominant power in Latin America, which is included in the BRIC countries in the new century. Its economic development has an important influence on the development of the world economy. In this paper, the context is Latin America in general. We take Brazil as the main example to study the Latin America model. Through the analysis of the economic development of the model, we find that in Latin American model, the economic development of the Latin American countries are with strong external dependence, lack of economic autonomy. This paper first describes the concept of the Latin American model, and bases on the background of overall Latin America, takes Brazil as the main example to analyze the course of economic development in Latin American countries, which in order to explain the Latin American model and form the basis of the article.
