Abs Abstract 1 1 Mr. Liang Humming is one of the influential figures in the Chinese academia and political circles in twentieth Century, known as “the last Confucian”, “the earliest founder of modern new Confucianism”. He said, “I will contribute all my life to the Chinese society, and I’m willing to be a trusted person permanently”. Mr. Liang did what he said. He is a person that thought and action, knowledge and virtue rolled up into one. At the same time, I was deep infected by his great personality charm and profound knowledge. For this reason, I choose his philosophy of life as my graduate thesis. This paper mainly discusses four chapters on Liang Humming’s philosophy of life. The first chapter mainly introduces Liang Humming’s personal profile and his life backgrounds. The second chapter is the key point. It states Liang Humming’s philosophy of life through his thought source, main content, and theoretical thought. The third chapter is the expansion of Liang Humming’s philosophy of life in orders to master more in-depth the connotation of Liang Humming’s philosophy of life. The fourth chapter discusses the modern scanning on Liang Humming philosophy of life from its positive impact and limitations. With the deeply respect and boundless recalling for Mr. Liang, I write the paper. Mr. Liang authors’ books, takes faith as an origin, walks on the Bodhisattva Avenue, owns sage personality, all of these are admirable. Since Mr. Liang could do so, and I am in the prime of life, I should take Mr. Liang for an example and endeavor.
