万方数据 万方数据 中文摘要 随着游客量的不断增加，洛阳老君山的资源保护与管理、旅游经营与服务面 临前所未有的挑战。因此，立足洛阳老君山景区工作实际，在“数字景区”建设 成果的基础上，积极推进“智慧景区”建设，形成“智慧景区”集成保护、管理、 营销及服务一体化的智慧体系。本文从旅游景区存在问题出发，从而分析景区相 关需求。认为目前洛阳老君山面向游客及公众的信息服务手段单一，服务提供地 点受限，服务的针对性以及与游客的互动不足，限制了旅游服务水平的提高。 本文运用软件设计思想，为景区开发相对应的信息系统，主要完成以下几方 面的工作： （1）完成了老君山智慧旅游系统开发需求及其分析报告，通过对智慧景区 在国内外的发展状况做详细的研究从而借鉴这些智慧景区建设的成功之处和找 出当前老君山建立智慧景区所存在的问题，并对系统开发做相关的需求分析和可 行性分析，整理出老君山智慧旅游系统的建设需求，并根据需求进行用例分析， 包括游客版手机客户端和商户版手机客户端等。 （2）完成了老君山智慧旅游系统设计报告，运用统一建模语言（UML）对 老君山智慧旅游系统设计，包括系统架构、数据库设计、应用程序设计等。 （3）初步实现了老君山智慧旅游系统中的平台设计，主要包括：移动 APP 管理平台系统、游客版手机客户端、商户版手机客户端等几个模块。 系统于 2015 年 5 月 1 号开始试运行至今表现稳定，随着数据量越来越多， 系统适应性及辅助的功能越来越显示出其作用。由于手机等移动终端在现在的生 活中占有越来越重要的地位，游客出行基本上都会持有智能移动终端。因此在智 慧景区系统建设中，通过智能移动终端来为游客提供无所不在的服务是很重要的 组成部分。 关键字：智慧景区、信息系统、移动 app 平台 ABSTRACT With the increasing amount of tourists, Luoyang Laojunshan resource protection and management, tourism management and services face unprecedented challenges.
