《社会主义市场经济》课程教学大纲 （A Study of Socialist Market Economy） 制定单位：经贸学院经济学系 制 定 人： 鄢咏红 审 核 人： 姜德波 杨鹏程 编写时间： 2012年3月26日 第一部分 课程概述 一、基本信息 （一）课程代码（二）课程属性、学分、学时 《社会主义市场经济》课程是经济类学生必修的专业课程，3学分，54课时。 （三）适用对象 《社会主义市场经济》课程的教学适用对象是经济类本科学生。 （四）先修课程与知识准备 《社会主义市场经济》课程在大学第二学年第一学期开设。先修课程为：《政治经济学（资本主义部分）》 、《西方经济学》等课程，同学们已经掌握经济学的一些基本理论，在一定程度上具备认识问题、分析问题和探究相关经济问题的能力。 二、课程简介 《社会主义市场经济》课程是财经类院校经济学专业的专业必修课程，构筑经济学专业和其他经济类专业的理论基础，培养和提升学生的理论修养。该课程通过系统研究中国社会主义经济理论与发展实践，介绍当今中国经济学界探索社会主义市场经济发展的理论前沿与实践成果；分析研究中国在构建社会主义市场经济体制中所面临的一些主要问题，如：我国经济社会发展所取得的主要成就、社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度、社会主义市场经济的微观经济运行主体、收入分配制度改革和社会保障制度建设、社会主义市场经济体制的完善、加强市场体系建设、加强宏观经济调控和我国的国家发展战略等问题，进而探索其解决问题的基本路径与政策方法。 “A Study of Socialist Market Economy is a compulsory course for the students from schools of finance and economics majoring in economics, with the purpose of helping students to construct theoretical basis of economics and other economic specialties, further fostering and promoting students theoretical qualities. Through systematic research into Chinese socialist economic theory and development practice, this course introduces the pioneer theories and practice achievements in the exploration of the development in socialist market economy implemented in Chinas economic circles. This course also offers analysis on some key issues encountered when China constructing a socialist market economic system, such as: Chinas major achievements in economic and social development, the essential economic system at the primary stage of socialism, the microscopic economic operational body of socialist market economy, the reform of the income distribution system and the construction of social security system, the perfection of the socialist market economic system, strengthening the development of the market system, strengthening macroeconomic control in China and the problems of the national development strategy, and then explores the basic approaches and policy to solve the problems. 三、教学目标 通过组织学生认真学习《社会主义市场经济》课程，教师完整、系统地课堂授课
