摘要 摘要 I I 摘 要 随着信息时代的到来，越来越多的印刷企业已经意识到信息化管理的重要性， 纷纷引进印刷管理软件，以提高自身的竞争优势。ERP 作为一种主要面向制造行 业进行物质资源、资金资源和信息资源集成一体化管理的企业信息管理系统，已 经在印刷业开始悄然升温。印刷 ERP 可以有效解决印刷企业中存在的很多问题， 如工期难保障等。因此，本文研究了 ERP 系统在印刷企业中，这一特殊业务逻辑 中的应用。 本文首先分析了 ERP 系统在印刷企业中应用的可行性及必要性，以及该领域 在国内外的研究现状，给出了课题研究的意义。然后根据印刷企业的需求进行分 析，将印刷企业 ERP 管理系统划分为客户管理，部门管理，业务管理，库存管理， 财务管理，系统管理六个模块。其中业务管理为核心模块，包括订单管理和进度 管理两个部分。 在系统实现上，该系统后台采用 SSH 三大框架，不仅保障了系统的质量，而 且所有服务器端技术均采用开源技术，节省了大量的软件投资。系统前台使用 Flex， JQuery 与 Html 技术相结合，为用户提供更友好的界面和丰富的功能。系统数据库 采用体积小、速度快、成本低的自由软件 MySQL。 本文中设计的成果科运用于多重类型的印刷企业，对于中小型企业 ERP 系统 的应用具有指导意义和参考价值。 关键词：ERP，印刷企业，SSH，进度管理 AB ABSTRACT II II ABSTRACT With the arriving of the information age, more and more enterprises have realized the importance of the printed information management, print management software have introduced in order to improve their competitive advantage. ERP as a major industry for the manufacture of material resources, financial resources and integrated management of information resources integration of enterprise information management systems, has begun quietly heating up in the printing industry. Printing ERP can effectively solve many problems existing in the printing business, such as the duration of difficult protection. Therefore, this paper studied the printing business, the business logic of this particular application of ERP systems. This paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of ERP systems in the printing enterprise applications, and research status at home and abroad in the field, given the significance of the subject of the study. Then analyzed according to the needs of printing companies, printing enterprise ERP system will be divided into customer management, department management, business management, inventory management, financial management , systems management six modules .
