万方数据 万方数据 课改背景下普通高中教学文化构建研究 摘 要 文化是现代社会的一个重要话题，它可以把人类的各项事业都纳入 其中进行审视。在教育领域，文化也为课程改革与教学改革的深入提供 了广阔视野。教学文化是教学观念产生的“土壤”，有怎样的教学文化， 就会产生怎样的教学理念。以往的教学研究，很少从文化的角度并置于 文化的场域中自觉研究。教学文化不应被看作是一种概念或原则，而是 体验和把握教学总体问题的一种思维方式——唯有探明教学文化的状 态，才能从根本上找到问题症结——教学文化研究构成现代教学论发展 的新生点。 随着基础教育课程改革深入，传统教学文化的弊端彰显；如果没有 教学文化的重构，教学改革难免无功而返。实践需要促使笔者对教学文 化的关注。本论文聚焦教育文化生态下教学的真实样态，借助文献法、 田野研究等方法阐明教学文化的本质、分析教学文化构建中的深层问题， 努力探索新型教学模式的建构。 本论文 6 万余字，除缘起、结语和附录外，主体结构由四章构成。 第一章，课题研究的话语背景——首先阐述了核心概念，接着对国 内外相关研究进行综述，交代本课题研究的思路和方法。第二章，对教 学制度文化的批判研究——现有教学制度的“有文无化”和主体缺失等 缺陷，压缩着教学行为的施展空间；障碍改变将化解这种教学“非自由” 产生的症结。第三章，对教学载体文化的批判——分别对教学学案、多 媒体为载体、教学反思的教学模式进行分析，指出各个模式的特点。第 四章，对教学行为文化的批判——分析了教学行为文化的根植、教学行 为的广度和深度、教学文化的迁移、教学行为文化策略的构建。 论文的结束，是呼应缘起，作为本文的总结与进一步研究展望。 关键词：课改；教学文化；教学制度；教学载体 I Research on the construction of high school teaching culture in the background of the curriculum reform Abstract Culture is an important topic in modern society, from whose angle different causes of mankind can be looked at. In the field of education, culture also provides a broad perspective to view curriculum reform and the deepening process of teaching reform. Teaching culture offers the ground for teaching concepts . Teaching culture is responsible for the formation of teaching philosophy. Teaching and research in the past were seldom carried out from the cultural point of view and consciously placed in the cultural field domain. Teaching culture should not be seen as a concept or principle, but a way of thinking that the overall problem of teaching is experienced and grasped —— Only by having a good grasp of the teaching culture can we find the root of the problem—— the study of teaching cultural open up a new field to promote the development of modern teaching theory. With the further reform of fundamental education, the drawbacks of the traditional teaching cultural stands out; without the reconstruction of teaching culture, teaching reform would fail inevitably without success.
