I I 跨国公司全球价值链模式与我国企业创新战略路径选择 中文摘要 跨国公司全球价值链模式与我国企业创新战略路径选择 中文摘要 随着经济全球化的不断深入，国际范围内的贸易和投资活动越来越密集，国际分 工格局调整开始加快，由产业间分工向产业内分工以及产品内分工转化，产品的价值 创造环节分散于不同国家和地区，形成“全球价值链”。这也为我国嵌入全球价值创 造环节，提高生产和创新能力，提高国际竞争力带来了机遇。但我国一般都是从全球 价值链低附加值环节的低端道路开始嵌入，这种嵌入虽然有利于我国企业在全球价值 链中实现工艺、产品升级，而向高附加值环节延伸的功能升级行为会受到全球领先企 业的打压而停滞不前。因此，本文从企业创新战略的选择角度研究我国企业全球价值 链的嵌入问题，提出基于跨国公司全球价值链嵌入的创新战略模式。该模式以我国企 业参与国际竞争的能力与地位为基础，以提高我国企业在全球价值链嵌入中的能力为 目标，具体描述了我国企业创新战略的选择路径，并据此提出相关的政策建议。 关键词：全球价值链 创新战略 选择路径 作 者：唐 瑶 指导老师：邢建国 Abstract The MNCs’ GVCs Mode And The Route Selection of Chinese Corperation’s Innovation Strategy The MNCs’ GVCs Mode And The Route Selection of Chinese Corperation’s Innovation Strategy Abstract With development of economic globalization, worldwide trade and investment have become more and more popular. At the same time, the structure of international division has been accelerated, and division among different industries has turned to inter-industry division and inter-product division. This makes taches of value creation disperse in different countries and areas and global value chains gradually formed and developed. Global value chains offer opportunities for Chinese enterprises to engage in worldwide taches of value creation and to improve their industrial international competitiveness. However, Chinese enterprises are largely integrated in global value chains from the low roads, which are the low value added activities of global value chains. This way of entering global value chains benefit the process upgrading and product upgrading of the Chinese enterprises, but the function upgrading won’t happen under the barriers set by global leading firms. Therefore, this thesis focus on the issue of innovation strategy and the entering of our enterprises into the global value chains, even the criterion of the choice of innovation strategy, which is based on the GVCs.
