PAGE PAGE 10 中 文 摘 要 目 的：圆运动之学是涉及天、地、人的一门深奥而古老的学问，其思 想不仅包纳了哲学、人文、社会，更在医学的运用与发展上有着深刻的 指导意义。本文通过对古代天文学方面相关文献的研究，结合中医经典 理论，特别是其在《伤寒论》方面的应用，试图对圆运动之学有一个较 深入的认识和把握，并希望能够使之指导于临床。 方 法：本文主要采取文献研究的方法，通过对古代天文及术数文献资 料的研究，对天、日、人之间的关系做出阐释，探讨阴阳、五行在大气 之圆中的流转，并在天人合一思想的指导下，结合中医经典著作，探讨 人体之圆与大气之圆的关系，探讨二圆不能相应时所表现出来的六气为 病并得出结论。 结 果：圆运动之学有着深刻的天文背景，古人天圆地方思想的提出是 建立在古代特殊的天文观象及术数之学的基础上。大气、阴阳、五行是 不可分的一整个圆，人体之圆与大气之圆之间赖相火以联系，相火是大 气在五行六气之层面的表现，又在后天人生成之后落入一团血肉之躯中， 人体相火与大气的同步相应，就表现为天人合一。相火与大气的不同步 失应就是天人相逆，逆则生乱，为人病之始。 结 论：天人合一是整个圆运动之学的核心，天人之间的不能合一就表 现为六气为病，六气为病的前提是人体之圆相对于大气之圆的逆转，《伤 寒论》即是希望可以通过药物的治疗来重新恢复天人合一的关系。 关键词：圆运动； 天人合一； 相火；《伤寒论》 The Study of Round Kinematics and Its in The Treatise of Medical ABSTRACT Objective: Round kinematics is involved in the heavens and the earth, the people of a deep knowledge, its ideas, not only the philosophy, the humanities, social, more in the application and development of medicine has the profound significance.
