摘要 摘 要 万方数据 万方数据 师范专科学校作为我国师范教育体系中的重要组成部分，为我国的基础教育 做出了巨大贡献。随着社会经济的发展，我国的师范教育进入了转型期。在过去 的二三十年间东部发达省份的师范专科学校基本完成了转型。有的升格为本科院 校，有的合并到其他高等院校，有的向职业院校方向发展。而在占全国大部分面 积的中西部地区，由于经济落后、发展不平衡，师范专科学校在师资培养方面还 担任着重要的角色，还在为地方基础教育的发展发挥重要的作用。但与此同时， 在师范教育向教师教育转型的大背景下，这些学校在办学的过程中也暴露了办学 理念陈旧、办学目标不明确、人才培养水平难提高、师资队伍建设乏力等问题， 很多学校出现了招生困难、管理混乱、人才流失等现象。这些学校要想在激烈的 竞争中占有一席之地，改革是他们必然的选择，也是唯一的出路。 笔者通过对中西部地区众多师范专科学校发展现状的了解与研究，采用系统 分析的方法，从政策因素、经济因素、学校自身因素等不同层面展开研究，总结 和归纳影响这些学校发展的根本原因；并从发展定位、师资队伍建设、深化教学 改革、学校特色文化建设等方面对这些学校的发展提出建议；在最后一章通过对 典型案例的介绍和分析，为中西部地区师范专科学校的改革发展提供参考，起到 抛砖引玉的作用。 关键词：教师教育转型；中西部地区；师范专科学校；困境和出路 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Junior Teachers college, as an important part of our normal education system, have made a significant contribution to our country’s primary education. Along with social economy development, the normal education in our country turned into a transition period. In the past decades, teachers colleges in developed eastern provinces have basically completed its transformation: some upgraded to undergraduate colleges, some was merged into other institutions of higher learning, or developed in the direction of vocational colleges. In most areas of the central and western regions, junior Teachers college still plays an essential role in teacher training and local elementary education. At the same time, however, in the context of transition from normal education to teacher education, these schools also exposed some problems: old educational philosophy, vague educational goals, low level of talent training, and the lack of teacher troops building. There is an issue with admission difficulty, management confusion, and the brain drain phenomenon in most schools whose only way out or inevitable choice is to reform, if they want to deserve a seat at the table in the fierce competition.
