1 1 Abstract Construction of a clean and honest government is a top priority for the rulers of successive dynasties have attached great importance to the quality of the management, relationship to the people support or oppose the regime and safety. Emperor Yongzheng succeeded to the throne in the late Kangxi special historical condition that, political corruption, dark officialdom, sharp social contradictions, he had to take a series of systems and measures to rectify the official in the face of the complicated situation, the construction of the Yongzheng Dynasty, Qing Dynasty society, economy and culture of the continued development and prosperity, to create good conditions, promote the further progress of Kangxi and Qianlong. The first part of this article introduces the main measures of Yongzheng to build a clean government, mainly includes three small parts. The first part is the appointment of officials, mainly introduces Yongzheng towards employing standard and tendency. The second part is the bureaucracy system, mainly introduces all kinds of practice, Yongzheng ZhengChi officials include: huikaofu, inventory deficit; to punish corrupt officials, carry out with drive and sweep; haoxianguigong, cover the deficit; a silver honesty, eliminate corruption. The third part is the official supervision, introduces the dense fold system and official for exploring and reorganizing customs. The second part of this article analyzes the reasons for the success of Yongzheng to build a clean government, mainly is carries on the analysis from three aspects. The first reason . The first reason is the objective situation of the administration to corrupt.
