消旋卡多曲联合培菲康治疗小儿急性腹泻200例疗效观察 周玉琴 张登玲 于凤英（甘肃省张掖市高台县中医院甘肃张掖734300） 【中图分类号】R969 [文献标识码】A【文章编号]1672-5085 （2012） 27-0191-02 【摘要】目的观察培菲康联合消旋卡多曲治疗小儿急性腹泻的疗效。方法 将 200例小儿急性腹泻病的患者按就诊顺序随机分为对照组和治疗组各100例，两 组均在常规治疗的基础上对照组用培菲康、思密达进行治疗，治疗组采用培菲康、 消旋卡多曲进行治疗，观察服药7d后两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者接受治 疗后总有效率为93%,对照组患者接受治疗后总有效率为89%；两组患者总有效 率差异有统计学意义（P0.05）,治疗组止泻时间短于对照组，两组止泻时间差 异有统计学意义（P0.01）,治疗组病程短于对照组，两组病程差异有统计学意 义（PV0.01）。结论消旋卡多曲联合培菲康治疗小儿急性腹泻的疗效优于培菲 康、思密达治疗，具有临床应用价值。 【关键词】消旋卡多曲培菲康 思密达 小儿腹泻 [Abstract] Observation on therapeutic effect for 200 cases of bifid tripleviable combination racecadotril treatment diarrhea acute infantile diarrhea ZHOU Yu-qin ZHANG Deng-ling YU Feng-ying.Gaotai county hospital of TCM,Zhangye 734300, China Abstract： Purpose： Observe efficacy bifid tripleviable Combi nation Racecadotril diarrhea treatment Acute Infan tile Diarrhea.Methods 200 cases patie nts of diarrhea acute infan tile diarrhea by ran domly the treatme ntgroup and controlgroup all 100 cases,Bothgroups based on routine treatment by controlgroup bifid tripleviable Combi nation and Smecta of treatme nt,The treatme ntgroup which bifid tripleviable and racecadotril treatment,observed 7d medicine after the treatment effect of the twogroups.Results : The treatmentgroup treated patients after total effective rate of 93%； The controlgroup treated patients after total effective rate of 89%； Twogroups of patients,the total effective rate was statistically significant differenee (Plt;0.05),The treatmentgroup of short time of diarrhoea in the controlgroup,twogroups of diarrhoea time difference was statistically significant (Plt;0.01),the treatmentgroup of short duration in the controlgroup,twogroups of course is statistically significant differenee (Plt;0.01).Conclusion:Bifid tripleviable combinati on racecadotril treatme nt diarrhea acute infan tile diarrhea is better tha n the curative effect of bifid tripleviable Combi nation and Smecta,have clinical application value?
