“小农经济+共享经济”：乡村振兴及 乡村规划的中国道路 李江 摘要：从华夏四千年农耕历史到当下乡村振兴的新时代，“小农经济”一直是我国乡村的基本特征；从孔子 的 《论语》到亚当·斯密的 《国富论》和 《道德情操论》都蕴含着 “己所欲者亦施于人”的共享经济思维。 “小农经济+共享经济”的乡村发展模式既是国情所向，也是潮流所趋。从 “田园城市”到“田园综合体”， 人们都一直在从城与乡的全域视角中寻求 “城市文明”与 “田园情怀”的融合。当下中国乡村社会经历着 从传统农业社会的 “乡土中国”到全球化、城镇化时代背景下 “新乡土中国”的巨变，市场和资本的力量 冲破城市的藩篱涌向乡村。“新乡土中国”背景下的城乡要素的市场化流动对乡村资源提出了“产权界定清 晰”诉求，这与 “小农经济”中要素分散、模糊的配置方式产生了矛盾。笔者认为 “共享经济”的思维是 化解上述矛盾的一剂良药。为此本文试图在城与乡全域的视角下，探讨中国乡村如何按照“小农经济+共享 经济”基本发展模式转变资源配置方式、重新设计城乡之间的市场关系设计和空间体系。 关键词：小农经济，共享经济，乡村振兴，资源配置，市场设计，空间体系 ABSTRCT From the four thousand years farming history in China to the new era of rural revitalization, the ： small peasant economy has always been the basic feature of our country.
