Silk fabric has excellent wearability, good gloss, soft, supple lines, excellent drapability, good moisture permeability, and have some UV absorption. Because of its natural, comfortable, healthy and environmental protection, etc ,silk fabric becomes peoples favorite. The paper used six kinds of the silk spun yarn as the main material. The linear density of the pure silk spun yarn is 1 / 166.7dtex , the pure ply silk yarn are 1/55.5 dtex×2, 1/83.3dtex×2 , 1/125 dtex×2 , the blend yarn of silk and wool is 1/83.3dtex×2 (85/15) , the blend yarn of silk and cotton is 1/166.7dtex×2 (70/30) ,It also configured the different ratio and type of slurry. We used GA392 electronic yarn sizing machine for sizing and analyze sizing performance; during the process of exploring the optimal solution silk yarn sizing in the way of orthogonal experiments, including temperature sizing, sizing speed and drying temperature. We also improved film device based on the traditional film and optimized its drying conditions, analyzed film performance of the bone glue slurry; Finally the paper took PVA biodegradable into account, It proposed an alternative plan between PVA and gum, and carried out a preliminary study.
