AbstractIn Abstract In recent years，with the development of electronic commerce of agricultural products， increasing number of quality problems has happened in tea consumption market．There is the phenomenon of shoddN mix the spurious with the genuine．Now，application and popularization of automatic identification technology and image analysis technology Based two-dimensional code technology，provide technical basis for tea grade identification． In order to solve the problem of security and grade identification of tea when the quality of tea is traced．Take Lu’an guapian as the research object，the quality traceability model for tea was designed，and the tea quality identification method was proposed combined mobile computing and image analysis．Be taking the Android operating system as the platform and combining the MATLAB image analysis technology,the quality traceability system was develop for the agricultural products of mobile commerce， integrated into the e-commerce platform of agricultural products with Dabie Mountains． The main contents and achievements ofthe paper are follows： 1．Quality traceability model of tea was designed based mobile commerce． According to the characteristics of Lu’an guapian，to determine the key points of traceability information in tea production and processing process，and design the coding system according to GS 1 standard． 2．Tea images be moved and processed dynamically．Consumers query tea traceability information by scanning the two—dimensional code．At the same time，for the problem of mobile terminal computing power shortage．Through the mobile network，the tea image transmission background is analyzed，and the results feedback to the mobile terminal． 3．The classification method was proposed of tea based on SVM classifier．Taking the MATLAB the platform，extracting the shape and color feature parameters of tea images， total of items were extracted．According to the six categories of the experiment set， prepare the experiment sample，and LIB SVM
