Abstract. The evaluation mechanism of the administrative license is a system which is clearly formulated by the Administrative License Law. It comprehensively measures and evaluates the standardization and satisfaction of the administrative license to determine whether the administrative license should continue. Establish an effective evaluation system for administrative licensing standards is of great significance for the improvement of the effectiveness of administrative licensing. Promote the normalization of administrative licensing by standardization, and accelerate the construction of an administrative licensing system with complete systems, scientific standards and effective operation that are satisfactory to the people.
