人性化护理服务对重症监护室患者临床疗效及康复的影响 (商丘市第一人民医院重症医学科ICU河南商丘476100) ［摘要］目的:分析人性化护理服务对重症监护室患者临床疗效及康复的 影响。方法:选取我院2012年2月?2013年11月期间重症监护室收治的60例患 者为研究对象，根据随机数字法将60例患者分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30 例)。对照组患者予以常规基础护理，观察组患者在基础护理上采用人性化护理 干预。干预后，比较两组患者住院时间及患者满意度。结果:观察组住院时间与 对照组相比明显较短，差异显著(P0.05)；观察组满意度为96.67%,高于对照 组的70.00%,两组相比差异显著(P0.05)o结论:人性化护理服务对重症监护 室患者的临床疗效具有积极作用，能提高患者的抢救成功率，有助于患者快速恢 复。 ［关键词］人性化护理；重症监护；临床疗效；康复 Humanized nursi ng care in the in tensive care unit patie nts clinical curative effect and the effects of rehabilitation Pan Hui in tensive medici ne ICU (shangqiu first peoples hospital in henan shangqiu, 476100) ［abstract］ objective: to analysis the humanized nursing service clinical curative effect and the influe nee of rehabilitati on in patie nts with inte nsive care unit. Conclusion: the curative effect of humanized nursing service in patients with intensive care unit has a positive effect, can improve the rescue success rate of patients, help patients recover quickly.
