浅谈提高有序用电入户告知到位率 马琎劼 徐正安 （国网江苏省电力公司南京供电公司，南京 210012 ） 摘要 由于有序用电指令属于政府强制命令，其快速执行可能导致用户短时失电，对用户生 产经营，甚至人身及设备安全造成一定影响，而事前告知到位将对降低执行风险具有较大作用。 本文从国网南京供电公司的有序用电告知管理工作实际出发，准确分析了有序用电入户告知过程 中存在的问题，以自动化、制度化改进措施为切入点，提出了提高有序用电入户告知到位率行之 有效的方法。本文所提出的方法在2015 年有序用电入户告知中取得了良好的提升效果，并已在全 省范围内推广使用。 关键词：有序用电；入户告知；到位率 Method of Improving the Success Rate for Informing Orderly Electricity Consumption Program to Clients Ma Jinjie Xu Zheng’an (State Grid Nanjing Power Supply Company, Nanjing 210012) Abstract Due to the orderly electricity consumption guided by government, which carries out immediately may cause electricity interruption of the client, and it effects normal production, even harms the safety of equipment and client. If the clients can be informed in advance, the risk of loss will be reduced greatly. This paper deeply analyzed the problems during the procedure of clients informing task, and a new method of home informing is proposed, which depends on intelligent, automated program development. The new method is tested in home informing in 2015 in Nanjing, and the result shows the improving method is effectively in enhancing the success rate in informing task. Now it is used widely in Jiangsu province.
