青岛理工大学工学硕士学位论文摘 青岛理工大学工学硕士学位论文 摘 要 干混砂浆产业的快速发展，必然会推动干混砂浆混合机的迅猛发展。然而， 我国的混合机在结构参数的设计以及工作性能上还不够完善，并不能达到在短时 间内将干混砂浆混合均匀的目的。故本文将在现有干混砂浆混合机的基础上，设 计了一台2立方的干混砂浆混合机，对其搅拌参数做理论分析，选择最佳的搅拌 参数并进行匹配，利用ANSYS软件对该混合机重要零部件做有限元分析。 本文采用数值模拟、理论分析和实验研究相结合的方法对搅拌臂的排列、搅 拌叶片的安装角、搅拌筒长宽比、搅拌机转速等主要参数的确定进行了系统、深 入的研究。通过归纳，确定了双卧轴混合机的主要参数，总结出了评价混合机参 数合理与否的准则和搅拌臂排列的基本原则。 在上述理论分析的基础上，进行了干混砂浆混合机主要零部件的设计，包括 搅拌叶片的设计、搅拌筒的设计、搅拌臂的设计，并利用uG软件完成了上述零部 件的参数化建模，绘制出了三维模型图，并进行了装配模拟。 最后，利用ANSYS软件对混合系统进行了有限元分析，结果表明：叶片的应 力分布不均匀，并且最大应力与最小应力相差几个数量级，因此为了使叶片在实 际使用中满足工况要求，同时为了避免材料的浪费，采用零阶优化方法对搅拌叶 片的厚度尺寸进行了优化研究，对合理设计搅拌叶片提供了依据。 本文的研究工作是对现有混合技术的深入探讨，其研究成果对今后我国干混 砂浆混合机的发展也具有重要意义。 关键词：干混砂浆混合机； 搅拌臂排列； 参数优化； 有限元分析； 模态分析 AbstractThe Abstract The rapid development of dry mortar industry will also promote the development of dry mortar mixer．However,the structural parameters and work performance of the dry mortal mixer in 0111country is not perfect,and call not achieve the purpose of uniformly mixed in a short time．A 2 cubic meters of dry mortar mixer was designed in this paper based 0n the current mixer．Through theoretical analysis of the mixing parameters，and choosing the best parameters to match it，using ANSYS software to do the finite dement analysis for the important parts of the mixer at last． In this paper,it Was carried on that an analytical research for the selection of the main parameters which consist of the alignment of mixing arms，the fixing angle of mixing blades，the length-width ratio of mixing tube and the rotating speed of the mixer by the method of numerical simulation，theoretical analysis and experimental research． Though summarizing，it gives the main parameters of the double．horizontal．shaft mixer, it also gives the standards which can evaluate whether the mixer parameters are reasonable or not，and the basic principles of the arm alignment． on the base of the above theoretical analysis．it completed the design of major components of the dry mortar mixer,including the design of mixing blades，the mixing tube，the mix
