基于人生存发展家庭保障的中国妇女就 业机制构建 李泓宽 河南大学经济学院 摘要： 人的生存发展口益受到重视，对妇女就业的关注逐渐广泛。文章从人生存发展与 家庭保障的关系分析家庭保障对人生存发展的重要作用，重点阐述人生存发展 的家庭保障是社会生产和分配的重要内容。妇女就业对于增强人生存发展的家庭 保障发挥重要作用，未来发展空间大。文章分析中国计划经济、市场经济时期和 发达资本主义国家的妇女就业状况，认为资本主义社会制度决定了不能很好解 决妇女就业问题。构建基于人生存发展家庭保障的中国妇女就业机制，要坚持以 人民为中心的指导思想，建立和完善保障妇女就业的法律法规，对妇女进行劳 动力再生产价值补偿，拓宽妇女就业渠道、提高妇女就业能力。 关键词： 妇女就业;人生存发展;家庭保障; 作者简介：李泓宽（1991-），男，河南周口人，河南大学经济学院博士研究生, 研究方向：《资本论》与马克思主义经济学。 Mechanism Construetion for the Chinese Women Employment Based on the Family Security for Human Survival and Development Li Hongkuan Economics College, Henan University; Abstract： In recent years, the human survival and development has become more and more important, the focus on women employment is growing. This paper analyzes the important role of family security to human survival and development from the relation between human survival development and fom订y security. Family sccurity for human survival and development is the important content of the social production and distribution. Women employment plays an important role in enhancing family security for human survival and development, the development space is big in the future. This paper analyzes the employment status of women employment in different stages in China: plarmed economy and markct economy, as well as the status of women employment in developed capitalist countries. The capitalist social system has determined that womens employment cannot be well solved. The last, based on the mechanism of the Chinese women employment which is bui11 on the family security for human survival and development, we have to insist on pcoplc-ccntcred guidance, perfeet the rclcvant lows and policies, make labor compensation for women, broaden the women employment channel and upgrade their ability.
