本科毕业论文 （20 届） 实习教师语法教学信念与实践关系的个案研究 【摘要】教师的教学信念和他们的课堂实践或行为有着密切的关系。教师的教学信念在很多情况 下影响着教师的课堂实践，然而教师的课堂实践因为各种不同的因素无法与其教学信念完全一致。本 研究针对教师的语法教学信念与课堂实践之间关系，以小学英语实习教师为研究对象，通过访谈及课 堂观察分析且得出教师教学信念与课堂实践的关系以及影响这一关系的众多因素，旨在给小学英语教 育工作者，特别是初涉此领域的小学英语教师一些启发。本研究通过对三位小学英语实习教师的个案 研究得出这三位实习教师一致肯定了语法教学的重要性且都持有较清晰的语法教学信念，但是由于受 到作业及考试的要求、课堂时间的限制、她们对于传统语言教学法的尊崇、学生的能力现状和学习习 惯等等因素的影响，她们的语法教学信念与课堂实践存在不一致性。 【关键词】英语语法教学；教师信念；教学实践。 Abstract [ABSTRACT] Teachers5 beliefs and their classroom practices or behaviors have a close relationship. In many cases, teachers9 beliefs influence their classroom practice, but teachersclassroom practice is not always consistent with their teaching beliefs because of various factors. This research is aimed to study the interplay between teachers beliefs and classroom practices among primary school English intern teachers, through interviews and classroom observation. It analyzes the relationship between teachers beliefs and classroom practices, and discusses the factors that may affect this relationship. From this research, primary English teachers, and the pre-service teachers may get some important implication. In this research, a case study of the three intern teachers shows, on one hand, that they unanimously affirm the importance of teaching grammar and hold clear teaching beliefs. On the other hand, their teaching beliefs do not always coincide with their classroom practices due to the factors including the stress of graminar-oriented exercises and examinations, limited class time, the respect for traditional grammar teaching, and students5 abilities and learning habits? 【KEYWORDS] grammar teaching； teachers beliefs； classroom practices.
