心理干预对乳腺癌术后生命质量的影响 庞彩兰 樊焕英 崔楚莹 原月霜 麦燕华 (广东省广州市番禺区新造医院511436) 【摘要】目的探讨心理干预对乳腺癌术后患者心理状态和牛命质量的影响。 方法 选择100例乳腺癌改良根治术患者。随机分为心理干预组和对照组各50 例。对照组采用一般的治疗方法，干预组在此基础上加心理干预。试验组在常规 组对症治疗的基础上给予心理干预；12周为1疗程。于入组时、12周末采用焦 虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、牛活质量指数问卷(QL-INDEX)对2 组患者进行心理状态和生命质量评定。结果 入组时两组患者SAS、SDS评分差异 无统计学意义(P 0.05), 12周末试验组与对照组SAS.SDS评分比较显著降低［分 别为(29.44plusmn;8.62)分、(38.89plusmn;47)分;(29.96plusmn;5.04) 分、(39?69plusmn;9?87)分］(P0.01)； 12周末试验组SAS和SDS评分比入组 时均显著降低［分别为(29.44plusmn;8.62)分、(39.89plusmn;8.35)分; (29.96plusmn;5.04)分、(39.99plusmn;8.95)分］(P0.01)o 12 周末生活 质量总指数试验组为(9.08plusmn;1.70)分，对照组为(7 .80plusmn;3.40) 分，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 心理干预有助于改善乳腺癌术后患者 的心理状态，提高患者的牛命质量。 【关键词】乳腺癌 心理干预 生命质量 【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2014) 03-0101-02 Effect of psychological intervention on the quality of life of patients after breast cancer Peng Cai-la n ,Fa n Huarvji ng ,Cui Chu-ying,et al.
