心电图在急性肺栓塞诊断中的价值 雷英 (安康市中医院功能检查科心电图室 725000) 【摘要】目的对心电图与CT检查在急性肺栓塞诊断中的准确性进行比 较，证实心电图检查的临床价值；方法 以20□年10月一2012年10月间我院 诊治的72例疑似急性肺栓塞的患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为观 察和对照两个研究组，每组36例。观察组使用心电图检查，并根据检查结果做 出诊断；对照组进行CT检查并诊断。对所有研究对象进行病理诊断，并以诊断 结果为标准，对两种检查方法诊断的准确性做出评价，并对其诊断准确率、检查 依从性及安全性进行比较及统计学分析；结果 观察组的36例研究对象中有33 例与病理诊断相符，诊断准确率达91.7%高于对照组研究对象80.6%的诊断准确 率，且具有显著差异性(P0.05)；在检查依从性和不良反应发生率比较中，观察 组均优于对照组，且具有显著差异性(PV0.05)；结论心电图检查在急性肺栓塞 的诊断中具有准确率高，操作简单，安全性高等优势，适于临床推广使用。 【关键词】 心电图CT急性肺栓塞 准确率 临床 【中图分类号】R540.4 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2014) 18-0141-02 The value of electrocardiogram in diag nosis of acute pulm on ary embolism Lei Ying Department of fun ctional exami nation electrocardiogram room Ankang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine 725000 [Abstract】Objective to compare the accuracy of ECG and CT examination in diag nosis of acute pulm on ary embolism, confirm the clinical value； Methods of ECG in 2011 - 2012 October; to October in our hospital, 72 cases of suspected acute pulm on ary embolism patients as the research object.
