正念认知训练对护生压力及负性情绪的影响

【摘要】目的:探讨正念认知训练对护生压力及负性情绪的影响。方法:招募68名护生,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34名。2组均参加常规校内讲座及团体活动,观察组在此基础上进行8周正念认知训练,干预前后采用抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS)和情绪调节自我效能感量表(RESS)量表测评,评估干预效果。结果:观察组DASS负性情绪总分及抑郁、焦虑和压力维度得分均低于对照组(均P<0.01)。RESS总分的增加对干预后的DASS总分及抑郁、焦虑和压力的减少存在中介作用。结论:正念训练可以有效改善护生的负性情绪,情绪调节自我效能的提升是干预造成情绪缓解的重要因素。

【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate the effect of mindfulness cognitive training on stress and negative emotions of nursing students. Methods: Sixty-eight nursing students were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups, 34 cases in each group. Students in both groups participated routine school lectures and group activities, and those in the observation group students received mindfulness training for 8 weeks additionally. The intervention effectiveness was accessed using Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) and Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy Scale (RESS) before and after the intervention. Results: After the intervention, the total negative emotional scores of DASS, and depression, anxiety and stress scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). The improvement of total RESS scores mediated the reduction of total DASS, depression, anxiety and stress scores after intervention. Conclusion: Mindfulness training can eff
