检测范围Scope of Testing
章依据标准JB4730-94《压力容器无损检测》。
The guidelines are written in accordance with JB4730-1994 Nondestructive Testing of Pressure Equipments.
本章适用于铁磁性材料制成的压力容器、压力管道、储罐及其零部件表面、近表面缺陷的检测和缺陷等级评定。
The guidelines are applicable to the testing of the surface defect including those of pressure equipments, pressure pipes, storage tanks and surface of its part and surface defect.
检测人员 Testing personnel
凡从事检测的人员，都必须经过技术培训，并按照《无损检测人员资格认可规则》(1995)及GB9445 进行考核鉴定。
The testing personnel should have received technically trainings and passed qualification tests in accordance with Rules of Certification for NDT personnel (1995) and GB9445 national standard.
取得不同检测方法的各技术等级人员，只能从事与该等级相应的无损检测工作，并负相应的技术责任。
Technicians who have passed certain levels of NDT qualification tests should perform NDT tasks equivalent to that level and be liable to such responsibilities.
设备和磁粉 Equipments and magnetic particles
设备Equipments
磁粉探伤设备必须符合GB3721的规定。
Magnetic particle inspection equipments must be in accord with GB3721 national standard.
当采用荧光法检测时，所使用的紫外线灯在工件表面的紫外线强度应不低于1000μW/cm2，紫外线的波长应在0.32-0.40μm的范围内。
when adopting fluorescence testing method , intensity that ultraviolet radiation lamp irradiates to the workpiece surface should be lower 1000μW/cm2 ,and wave length of ultraviolet radiation should be in 0.32-0.40μm.
