The logistics distribution has an impact on the e-commerce, which presents not only its technological innovation but the needs of the environmental revolution and the development of the electronic commerce enterprise. The present thesis first will have carried on the elaboration to the present development situation of domestic e-commerce and logistics distribution and the existent problem of logistics distribution on the area of electronic commerce.
