山东财经大学学士学位论文 山东财经大学学士学位论文 学 年 论 文 题目：国际农业跨国公司对我国农业的影响 国际农业跨国公司对我国农业的影响 摘 要 自从加入世界贸易组织以来，中国在农业条款上的一些列退步以及承诺的措施使得农业部门成为中国入世后受到冲击最大的部门。目前，全球各大食品类跨国公司都在中国建立了独资或合资公司，投资领域包括从农业投入、到农产品加工、流通再到农产品销售的整条产业链。同时，这些农业跨国公司加快了并购中国农业食品企业的步伐，逐步加强了对种子、生产加工、销售及研发等产业链条各环节的控制，严重的破环了我国原先存在的粮食生产和流通体系，破坏了国内农业生产流通的平衡，导致我国粮食生产、贸易主导权及市场定价权的丧失，从而深刻的威胁到了我国的粮食安全，使得粮食的供给和定价受制于人。为此，我国政府因该加快培育我国的国有大型农业企业，加强对农业跨国公司投资的规划与引导，并通过立法防范跨国公司的垄断行为。 关键词：农业跨国公司；农业安全；投资策略；改革措施 The impact of international agricultural Multi-National Corporation to the agriculture of our country ABSTRACT Since we enter the World Trade organization, the setbacks and promises china has made in agriculture making Chinese agriculture sector became the most impacted sector.
