南京工程学院毕业设计说明书（论文） 南 京 工 程 学 院 毕业设计说明书(论文) 作 者： 学 号： 系 部： 康尼学院 专 业： 建筑环境与设备工程 题 目： 南京鼓楼区某办公楼空调通风系统设计 指导者： 评阅者： 2015 年 5 月 南 京 毕业设计说明书（论文）外文摘要 本设计为南京市某办公楼空调通风系统设计，是一栋商业办公建筑，共5层，地上建筑面积约为7318 ㎡。一层层高5m，二到五层层高3.8m,总高度为20.2m。一层为会议室、展厅等功能室，二到五层为研发办公室。 设计的内容包括：空调冷负荷计算；空调系统的划分与系统方案确定；冷热源选择；空调末端处理设备选型；风系统设计与计算；室内送风方式与气流组织形式的选定；水系统设计、布置与水力计算； 风管系统与水管系统保温层设计；消声防振设计等内容。 本中央空调系统设计能够实现夏季供冷和冬季供热，并能满足人体的舒适性要求。整座建筑均为风机盘管加新风系统，冷热源采用空气源热泵机组，放置在屋顶，风机盘管和新风机组共用一个冷热源。 关键词：空调 通风 风机盘管 全套图纸加扣?3012250582 Title: Design of An Air-Conditioning System of An Comprehensive Building in Nanjing Abstract: The design is an air conditioning system of an office building in Nanjing,which is a commercial office building.It has five floors and the ground floor area is approximately 7318 ㎡.The first layer is 5 m， the others all 3 m .And the total height of the building is 22m. It contains: cooling load calculation, the estimation of system zoning, the selection of refrigeration units, the selection of air conditioning equipments, the design of air duct system and calculation, the estimation of air distribution method and the selection of relevant equipments; the design of water system and its resistance analysis, the insulation of air duct plant and chilled water pipes; noise and vibration control, etc. The central air conditioning system is designed to achieve summer cooling and winter heating, and to meet human comfort requirements. The building adopts air fan coil system.We choose air source heat pump for the hot and cold source of the buliding, which is placed on the roof, and the fan coil shares a heat source with the new air handling units.
