I aim at the flaw, have constructed the system of the insurer obligations of contracting explanation and made a number of recommendations. This thesis includes introduction, main text and conclusion, in which main textis composed by three chapters: The first chapter，the provision about the insurer obligations of contracting explanation in the new amendment of Insurance Law of PRC(Insurance Law for short).This chapter first introduced the new development about the insurer obligations of contracting explanation in the new amendment of Insurance Law, then analyze and sum up the legal characteristics of the insurer obligations of contracting explanation, finally through the comparative obligations analysis between the insurer and the policy holder, I wish to note the connotation and denotation to make more consistent with the purposes of the definition of legal norms. The second chapter, the practical significance and value foundation of the insurer obligations of contracting explanation. Not only this chapter analyzed the practical significance of the insurer obligations of contracting explanation, but also inspected the value basis of the system, namely contracting information duty symmetrical principle, the fair value principle of Contract justice and the Utmost Good Faith principle. Through analyze those two aspects, expounded the importance and the necessity of thesystem of contracting explanation obligations. The third chapter, the problem and consummated suggestion of the system of the insurer obligations of contracting explanation.
