·英文论著摘要· The investigation and policy research of the new rural cooperative medical service in Deng Ta City Introduction The cooperative medical缸eatment system had once played a vital role in developing rural medical safeguard form and eliminating medical pressure for the farmer in quite a long time as a kind of Medical safeguard systems．Establishing and consummating new rural cooperative medical service system may not only safeguard the farmer to have the basic medical health care service and alleviate the farmer to become poverty and return poverty because of sickness．but also may fully use the sanitation resources and promote the countryside social economy development． This article mainly discuss the necessity and the feasibility of establishing and consummating the new rural cooperative medical service according to analysis the actual situation and problems existing in the new rural cooperative medical service． Propose the policy suggestion to consummate the new rural cooperation medical service．Supply scientific evidence for constituting sanitary policy and health program, improving the sanitaI,y level ofDeng Ta city,satisfying the basic health service demand and advancing the health situation ofrm-al residents． object and Method We used cluster sampling method to survey the health service demand and utilization of rural residents in three towns and nine villages in Deng Ta City and． Samples amount to 818 households，2，304 people． Meanwhile we have carried on the review survey to the database materials analysis the date of 3 12，000 person who participated in new rural cooperative medical,嘶vice fTom 1st April，2006 to 3 1“December,2006． The questionnaire is revised by the experts of sociological medicine， ．4． epidemiology and statistics．The investigators have been trained and quality control had been paid attention to simultaneously．Full time personnel ale responsible to the data input and professional check． Resui
